Statement of Work

I am drawn to the way things translate as an image. This is an idea that remains consistent throughout different bodies of work, and more recently, addresses the contemporary role of photography in art. This is an idea applied through the form of spatial construction. I am examining the difference between a physical object and a photograph of that thing. Through my work, I dissect this notion.
