Statement of Work

Leah Sewell is a storyteller in variety of forms, including writing, illustration, animation, graphic design, website design, and photography. Her renaissance skill set leads to projects both paid and personal with comprehensive, multifaceted components and diverse audiences.

Recent work available for public consumption include the politics and art zine, Microburst, and poetry collection, Mother-Ghosts. Her writing is often concerned with issues particular to women and identity and self-initiated projects are often grounded in activist intent.

Leah has produced commissioned work in graphic design and illustration, feature writing and publishing. Her personal projects tend toward lengthy written work and digital illustration. She's currently eking away at a graphic novel centered on the stories children deem worthy of telling.
