Statement of Work

I am a performing musician and composer. My music has always been a way for me to express how I understand reality and all of it’s hidden rules. The ways music works have always just made sense to me, even if I can’t properly explain why it works I always intuitively know what works and how to capture the audience’s attention.

My music is highly rhythmic and full of the exploration of harmony and melody. I do this in conventional and unconventional ways, employing everything from notated music to free improvisation to the narrative structure to bring my audiences on a journey from the one present to the next, never quite arriving at our future destination.

I will continue writing, playing, and thinking about music until the day I die regardless of the amount of career success I attain.
