For artists based in Kansas City, Charlotte Street Foundation is bringing local and regional organizations to their Midtown campus for the upcoming Artists Resource Fair, happening Saturday, October 9, 2021 from 10AM-6PM. This event will connect artists to resources available to the Kansas City community that will answer a wide variety of needs, from professional development to finance management to personal wellness.

The fair will have three primary program components, including info-tables from 45+ community resources, a schedule of panel conversations, free 30-45 minute consultations with field experts, and a wealth of printed material available from organizations not attending the fair. This opportunity is free and open to the public. Prior to the event, visitors may pre-register for free, private consultations with KC Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts (KCVLAA) for legal services, and Dean Vivian for tax preparation for artists and gig-workers.
