displacement/thisplacemeant is a new multi-disciplinary exhibition comprised of individual objects and their properties exploring the idea of oneness, which is not reducible to individuals and their properties alone. The artists’ creative expression has played a fundamental role in the process of adapting human sensibility to a world permanently changed by technology. It is here that the terms “displacement/thisplacemeant” arise simultaneously.

displacement/thisplacemeant is the second exhibition in Charlotte Street’s Studio Residency Visiting Curator Program. Curated Israel Alejandro García García.

PARTICIPATING ARTISTS: Rena Detrixhe, Fredy Gabuardy, Adriane Herman, Melanie Johnson, Cristina Muñiz, Gillian Tobin, Lucas Wetzel
