EMAS Presents: A Convocation of Exoplanets

Join us for this month’s EMAS Presents: A Convocation of Exoplanets on July 15 from 7:30-9 PM!

This long form improvized music composition draws inspiration from how planetary obects align and their relationships to each other in space. Groupings of performers will be organized into “plantatry structures” that will interact with each other. The content they perform will be based on assigned sound structures derived and inspired by the major exoplanet compositional types. We are blessed to have 21 performers playing in this version of the composition! The planetary types and groupings are as follows:
