On Thursday, September 9th, Making Moves will host a community Improvisation Jam at Charlotte Street Foundation’s new campus. From 7:30-8:30pm, all are invited to join in an indoor-outdoor exploration of our moving and dancing selves. This event is open to and appropriate for professional dancers, student dancers, and dance/movement enthusiasts. Movers will be guided by guest artist Jeramy Zimmerman and accompanied by musicians Seth Davis and Evan Verploegh.

The event will take place at 7:30pm at the South entrance at 3333 Wyoming Street.

***masks required on all movers for the duration of the event***

ABOUT MAKING MOVES

Making Moves is a monthly dance performance series located in Kansas City, MO, curated and produced by Kyle Mullins. Making Moves is dedicated to the creation and development of new works by local and regional dance makers and to expose Kansas City audiences to a wider array of contemporary dance making.

Making Moves provides area choreographers, dancers, and audiences the opportunity to share in the process of new and experimental work in both traditional and non-traditional performance venues.
