Music of the Senses

Music of the Senses is an innovative electro-acoustic performance that explores the art of storytelling through sound, movement, text, and technology. Developed by composer David Broome in collaboration with technologist Aaron Bean, the performance features custom-built software that analyzes live and improvised musical input and generates original text in real time. This narrative is then performed by vocalist Annie Ellicott and sign-language interpreter Sandie Busby. Featuring a rich tapestry of synthesizers and hand-crafted electronics, Music of the Senses investigates the intricate relationships between creativity, technology, and the human urge to tell stories.
