(Kansas City, MO – September 24, 2015) Charlotte Street Foundation’s board of directors today announced a re-structure of its staff as a major part of its work over the past two years to strengthen the organization’s operations to reflect its core values. As of September Charlotte Street’s two leadership positions of executive director and director of programs will be combined into one position. Amy Kligman, who was hired as director of programs in early summer has been appointed acting director; Julie Gordon Dalgleish, who assumed the position of executive director following Founder David Hughes, Jr.’s retirement in 2013, will serve as executive advisor through the end of 2015 at which point she will return to her previous career as a nonprofit management consultant.
