KANSAS CITY, MO, December 20, 2019: Charlotte Street Foundation and BOK Financial are excited to announce the artists who have been selected to participate in the 2020-2021 Crossroads Artboards. The Artboards are located above BOK Financial’s branch in the heart of Kansas City’s Crossroads District at 125 Southwest Blvd, Kansas City, MO. Eight different works will be featured for three months each.

The artists selected were Megan Pobywajlo + Max Wagner, Megan Ganey, Joe Bussell, Kylie McConnell, Davin Watne, Alonso Ortega, Diana Heise, and Lauren Phillips.

The artists will exhibit their commissioned images on the exterior, double-sided billboards rising above BOK Financial at 125 Southwest Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri. The Artboards will be visible to the public all hours of the day, and will remain on view for three months.

The 2020-2021 Artboards schedule is as follows (subject to change):

March – May: Megan Pobywajlo + Max Wagner and Megan Ganey

June – August: Joe Bussell and Kylie McConnell

September – November: Davin Watne and Alonso Ortega

December 2020 – February 2021: Diana Heise and Lauren Phillips

ABOUT ARTBOARDS

The Crossroads ARTBOARDS were launched in fall 2008 when BOK Financial (then Mobank) purchased the building that currently houses its Crossroads Branch and renovated and converted the building’s existing double-sided billboards into a highly visible site for work by area artists.
